How to book
- Send an enquiry using the button below – proposed dates and venue or area are really helpful
- Once we have confirmed we are available, a £50 deposit is required to secure the date and time. A link will be sent to you to make payment by debit/credit card or apple/google pay.
- The link to make the balance payment will be sent to you 7 days before the party and is due by the time we set up for your party.

How long does it take to set up the tracks?
A full set up takes 90 minutes to build everything and a half set up takes one hour. Take down is 1 hour for a full set up and 30 minutes for a half set up.
Are the parties staffed?
For large parties, a member of the Train Time Play Time staff will be with you throughout the party for track breakages, battery changes and to help children with the tracks. For small parties/house parties a member of staff may be present throughout – depending on location to satisfy our insurance requirements.
Where can we hold a party?
We can set up in most places including your home/garden or a hired hall. The space for tracks it the most important thing – we can adapt set up to suit the venue.
Do you provide food or decorations?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer this service, but we worked with a number of suppliers who can assist with this and would be happy to recommend.
Can we go over 24 children for a half set up if we have other entertainment?
Absolutely, the 24 child limit is designed for where the tracks are the sole entertainment.
What else can you offer?
We can take care of pass-the-parcels and party bags at additional cost. We offer both standard and luxury options.
